Assistant Head Gardener

Deputise for the Head Gardener across historic grounds, riverbank and the Backs.

What you’ll be doing

• Supervise daily works in the Head Gardener’s absence
• Lead on herbaceous borders and seasonal displays
• Mentor the apprentice gardener
• Maintain accurate work records

What we’re looking for

• RHS Level 2 minimum, Level 3 preferred
• Experience in a formal or historic garden
• Calm, organised, good with people
