Estate Gardener

Join a six-strong estate team on 3,000 acres of parkland, walled garden and formal terraces.

What you’ll be doing

• Maintain the walled kitchen garden and glasshouses
• Support the parkland tree and hedgerow programme
• Assist with open-day preparation and visitor-facing work
• Operate tractors and estate machinery

What we’re looking for

• Horticultural qualification or three years’ practical experience
• Tractor experience preferred
• Happy to work in a visitor-facing setting
